The team’s chain of command analogous to a corporate firm to provide students with many other fields of experience along with technical and practical knowledge. Our ambition is to bring GTU Motorsports closest to a "Real-world engineering experience" not strictly limited to automotive design and racing. 

Team GTU Motorsports through this student project seeks to enhance student knowledge and practical proficiency. The team sights all the members as an engineer rather than just engineering graduates.
